BT hopes to make another entrance into the mobile market with a “BlackBerry-style” device whose main function is to send and receive email while accessing the Internet no matter where you are. This HTC-manufactured handset is said to be launched sometime this week in the UK, switching between BT’s wireless Home Hub and Vodafone’s network, depending on whether you’re indoors or outdoors. The handset will be accompanied by various BT broadband packages to suit your budget and needs. Hopefully this will fare better than the BT Fusion that was launched 3 years ago, garnering a mere 45,000 customers.
