The little green men have arrived, and in a stylish CD player to boot. This $12,000 UFO-shaped CD player from China-based Shanling is claiming such an expensive price tag due to the fact that it comes with a quartet of amplification valves, two remote controls, and gold-plated tube legs (I could definitely make do without those for a much cheaper price). Surely with China companies being pretty good in cloning stuff, why can’t somebody come up with a clone of this CD-T300 Pro CD player instead? Try to keep the costs down while you’re at it, ok? After all, who listens to CDs only these days?
