Britney Spears has been released from Cedars Sinai hospital.

According to hospital staff, she no longer poses a threat to herself or others.

Earlier this morning, Britney allegedly pitched a fit, screaming at hospital employees and pulling her IV out.

The hospital had been holding Spears under a 5150, an order which would ordinarily result in Britney being locked down for three days.
