Motorola’s Ming phone was a pretty interesting handset - one that clearly departed from Motorola’s strange naming convention while featuring a graphically rich user interface with a touchscreen display (read our Motorola Ming review). Well, Motorola will be releasing its A1600 Ming 2 phone in the near future, bringing to the table quad band GSM (850/900/1800/1900), GPRS, an upgraded processor, a 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash, A-GPS navigation, a talking dictionary and support for WLAN. The Ming 2 comes preloaded with three 3D games, although don’t set your bar up too high where visual candy is concerned. There is no word on pricing and availability of this Linux-powered handset.
